November 15, 2007
Oakville, Ontario -- Pethealth Inc. ("Pethealth" or the "Company")
(TSX:PTZ), a leading provider of RFID microchip technology and

Prevention of Cruelty to Animals®) has joined the growing ranks of

"I am delighted to be able to make this announcement," said Mark
Warren, President and Chief Executive Officer of Pethealth. "The
first animal welfare organisation in the Americas, the ASPCA has
long been one of the most influential names in the animal welfare
community. Our company has had a long and close association with
several ASPCA staff, and we have enjoyed assisting them in some of
their community-based endeavours. To be able to have the opportunity
now to assist the ASPCA at its own shelter is a further privilege."
Pethealth
created PetPoint in 2005 in response to the expressed need of animal
welfare organisations, both large and small, throughout North
America for an efficient, intuitive, ASP .NET application to run
their day-to-day operations. PetPoint has now been licensed by over
760 organisations, including animal control agencies, humane
societies, SPCAs and rescue groups in both Canada and the United
States.
"We are extremely pleased to be up and running with PetPoint," said
Stephen Musso, Executive Vice President and Chief of Operations for
the ASPCA. "Our staff has found the transition from our old client
server-based software to PetPoint easy and straightforward; in
particular, the application's Wizard-based structure makes it very
intuitive and easy to use. By moving to PetPoint, we will not only
save money, but will also increase organisational efficiency-and
that is critical to us being able to continue to implement and grow
our mission."
Pethealth estimates that approximately one in
five animals now being adopted in North America is being adopted
from an organisation running the PetPoint application.
